I’m a UX designer with a deep-rooted passion for understanding people and solving meaningful problems. My path began in psychology, where I developed a fascination with human behavior and a commitment to helping others. That drive carried me through a Master’s in Social Work, where I concentrated in Management and discovered the world of social innovation—where impact, iteration, and design thinking converge.
It was in courses like Social Entrepreneurship and Creativity and Design for Entrepreneurship that I found my calling. We used design thinking to tackle real-world challenges—conducting need-finding, brainstorming bold ideas, and prototyping fast and often. I was hooked. The process of uncovering people’s real needs and co-creating with them to find effective, empathetic solutions lit something in me that still drives my work today.
Now, I use UX design and research methodologies to craft thoughtful experiences, services, and products that genuinely improve people’s lives. I believe in listening deeply, iterating often, and designing with—not just for—users. I’m inspired by the moments of joy, ease, and connection that design can create.
